「前台工作人员办理入住时的态度非常冷漠入住后晚上睡觉时发现床单上有许多根散散落落的长头发还有很多黑色小点点什么东西未知房间空调中吹出来的是冷气但关掉不吹更冷入住那天下雨室外楼梯已经被水浸泡的一踩就把鞋子浸湿了周边很远的范围内也只有墨西哥菜的很小很小的餐厅海风很大吹的很响入住的体验感并不nice」

「I would definitely return to this Hyatt. Although a little far away from the wedding I was attending, the families had arranged shuttles. I enjoyed the quietness of the outdoor pool while having a marina as a backdrop. The fact that the weather was absolutely perfect made that more enjoyable. The staff inside were friendly and attentive. 「Great stay and the staff was the highlight of the stay. Very helpful and responsive and responsible. I had lost something thinking I had left it at the hotel; they followed up even when the answer was they had not found it (it was in the car, so I found it). Check out mugs on main down the street.」

「Wonderful location in town, walking distance to restaurants / shops etc. the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. I woke not wanting to move. The sheets were so luxurious and bed so comfy. We got the hotel shuttle to the beach driven by a wonderful lady, so friendly and helpful. The hotel provided deck chairs, a parasol and towels. We would stay there again without hesitation. Lovely hotel 」
