「I was very disappointed with my stay. The pictures online are extremely misleading and do not accurately reflect the actual condition of the property. When we arrived, the exterior looked rough, with boarded and cracked windows visible from the outside. There was even yellow caution tape around some of the grassy areas near the entrance, which immediately gave a poor first impression. As soon as we walked into the lobby, there was an overwhelming smell of Fabuloso or another strong cleaner that...

「We found The Tommie to be a great experience as it is part of the same building as The Thompson hotel so you get the same amenities and service. Some people have said The Tommie has smaller rooms but we did not find that to be an issue as they were very nicely styled and adequate in size for us as a couple. The location is right in the heart of all the action so you don’t really need a car. Would definitely stay again.」

「The staff was not easy to work with when I checked in. I had the reservation under my husband’s name and they would not let me check in until I updated the reservation. This was not my issue thought my frustration is how it was handled and the attitude I was given to correct a simple problem. It was handled like it was a problem rather than offering options to fix and resolve quickly. I also did not like they charge extra for parking when it is a basic parking lot in a run down parking lot.」
