「Un hotel muy descuidado tuve que esperar más de 45 minutos para hacer el check in la televisión no servía no vuelvo a regresar a ese hotel la cama muy mala」

「DO NOT STAY HERE!!! This hotel was an absolute nightmare. They will accuse you of smoking in your room and charge you for it, even if you NEVER smoked. Take the time to read the other reviews because this appears to be an ongoing issue! The manager was extremely unprofessional, refused to identify herself, refused to provide any information or answers when questioned, and made us feel uncomfortable by following us around the hotel. We also experienced what felt like discriminatory...

「This is our second time staying at this location and it has been wonderful each time. The front desk staff even offered us plates and silverware for the pizza that we ordered. Our room was clean and comfortable perfect for an overnight stay to catch our plane the next morning.」

「Very clean and comfortable to stay and the service is also very good. Very blown away by their staff.」

「We overall had a good stay! Unfortunately the pool was not open and we were not told that until after check in and paying. The shower in one room was very old and poorly maintained and didn’t drain well. The bed was comfortable and we had all the space we needed for our family of 7.」

「The suite is very convenient, clean towels. The room needs some maintenance, such as one side of the trim panel above the curtain is peeling off 1 inch, the location of the hotel is very good, it is very close to the airport, the swimming pool is closed in winter, and the gym is not found, the room There is no hair dryer. I stayed for two days and the waiter did not knock on the door. There is a free breakfast, I only found out when I checked out.」

「Very helpful loved the location close to all our activities」
