「Nice staff」

「Room was very clean. Overall hotel was clean. Staff was great!」

「There was no television at all. The jacuzzi was cold and nobody would Turn it up. The staff guy that came to my room tried to get tv to work. Won’t stay again」

「Everything was wonderful except that check in was 3:00 and we arrived at 5:00 and our room was not ready. The staff quickly made it possible to check in about 15-20 minutes later, however, after a long day’s journey, we were tired and wanted to relax in our room, not in the lobby.」

「This hotel is the perfect location for concerts at the Mark. Plenty of parking in the garage, clean and spacious rooms. Staff was so sweet and friendly and asked how the concert was and chatted. Just such a great experience. Highly recommend.」

「Breakfast has very little selection. The biscuits that they put out for the biscuits and gravy are cold. Nothing is freshly prepared. No protein options. Had to switch rooms because my air conditioner sounded like a lawnmower and front desk made a big deal about it but eventually got me switched. Beds are very hard pillows are old all in all I won’t ever stay here again.」

「Pros: Everything was clean Staff was attentive and helpful Room was exactly as described and big Cons: Pool was closed Bathroom was small The thermostat did not adjust the temperature of the room. Thermostat was set to 65, but the room temp was still at 70 hours later. I woke up at midnight hot and sweaty.」

「The room was ok! Bed was comfortable but the floor was sticky and the room had a musty odor. I told them and they said that was the only room they had left, since i was tired i kept it.」
