「We were in Room 157, right by an entrance, so the door was loud opening and closing. Walls are thin that we could hear other guests next door. Room was small and lamps were dim. Blackout curtains were not installed inside window, behind curtains, so did not block light very well. Nice bathroom.」

「Below average rooms. Perhaps the heavy use by the various groups attending sporting events and conventions makes it difficult to keep the rooms in top working order. To be a Hyatt property the quality of the experience is way off. The common areas were nice enough, but the room itself was long past its prime. Banged up, roughed up, worn down/out.
