「I booked a room for 2 nights and right after I checked in the hotel lost partial power and we had no heat, no tv, no microwave, no WiFi and even though they have a kitchenette no dishes, no cookware or cutlery! I called twice to request at the very least a partial refund and I even spoke to a manager who said they would call me but they never did, I get that the power outage was not their fault but they definitely didn’t help me with a refund!」

「This was the third time I have stayed here. I love the location because it is close to where my daughter lives. Also the hotel is clean and the staff friendly. The breakfast is a plus because you can do a grab and run.」

「We had a great stay for the OSU graduation. We were a big group and there was plenty of room. The air mattresses were a great touch. Communication was great throughout. The area is quiet and safe. If it had not rained all weekend the backyard space would’ve been good to utilize. There was also an enclosed front porch, which was nice to watch and hear the rain.
