"Everything was great until the morning. The gal who checked me in was fantastic, helpful, and friendly. She scheduled an airport pickup for 6:30, told me to be in the lobby 5 minutes early. She said breakfast started at 6, but if I was running late I could request a complimentary breakfast bag. The next morning, I came down at 6:20, asked for the breakfast bag, and the gal told me to get breakfast, that she would make sure the shuttle didn’t leave without me. Well, i came in the lobby at 6:28...

"For my visit with my family, this was convenient. The room was comfortable, a good size, and convenient to downtown Evanston. The only gripe was that there was a charge for breakfast, although at $ 10 it was reasonable."

"We are not of Hispanic descent and would have liked to have a regular American breakfast like scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, biscuits and/or sausage gravy & toast. We don’t eat tacos & scrambled eggs for breakfast. The employees were very nice & helpful."

Two latin girls workers handle all that environment 💯 perfect! Perfect teamwork between these two girl and no one was waiting for any type of food or table."

"The wifi stioped working during my stay. In room phones didn't work either. Despite this, the hotel is pretty convenient to the airport and train station so I do like that. I do like they have a little restaurant / bar which made decideling where to eat easier. I wish they had more choices but it's decent. "

"As a hairstylist, I appreciate the quality shampoo, conditioner & body wash available in the shower. I would never consider using most hotel hair products but these were great. Bed and pillows were fantastic also!"

"Anise the at reception went out of her way to help me after I checked in. She was very kind and professional. I wasn’t thrilled by the shuttle bus driver eating chips while driving and failing to even say hi. Ninety more than made up for it though. "
