「Everything went well」

「My experience at the Hyatt was one of the finest hotel experiences I have ever enjoyed. Upon check in Lakia, the rep on duty, is truly an asset to the Hyatt corp. Due to a helicopter crash I survived has left me with permanent spinal cord isssues along with severe feet deformity. I am prone to fall or be unbalanced. Lakia offered me a shower chair. I was beyond happy. without any ADA hand rails in shower I am at the mercy of whatever I can grab. Lakia intuitiveness is what true...

「35元一晚的停车费」

「I stayed with my wife for transiting to Washington airport (DCA). I need the shuttle bus service from hotel to DCA. I asked the staff, lady looks like African American, at/about 9:30am on 4th Dec. if I have to reserve the shuttle. She say , yes, and when I need the shuttle service? I answered about noon. She answered, "no problem". Unfortunately, when we checked out at noon, she say, sorry, no more shuttle before 3:00pm. Finally, we have to take taxi to DCA, and costed me US$30. Poor experience...

「This was one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at. Our room was so nice, I love that the toilet and shower were in seperate rooms. The front desk staff were always so warm and welcoming to greet us, and answer any questions we had. It’s in a great part of town. We felt very safe, and it was a short walk to the free bus shuttle, and a great Italian restaurant named Aldo’s. It’s also a short walk to the metro train station that made getting around DC super easy! 」
