"Foi uma estadia espetacular! De início a recepcionista super atenciosa, mandou mensagem antes mesmo de iniciar o processo de check-in, após tudo ser bem explicado fomos até o quarto e nos surpreendemos ainda mais, o quarto bem-arrumado, limpo, cheiroso, arejado, sem contar no café da manhã e a vista que era surpreendente. Foi uma ótima estadia! "

"The hotel was a beautful place to stay
But the rudness of the older gentleman was to much telling us where to park our car or or always watching what you do makes you uncomfortable.
The wooden fire should be more clear as you use the wood for the fire only to find out your being charged which is no where to be found on paper or online.
So felt a little like a scheme for money at the end which ruined the trip a little.
We stayed when the weather dropped so we had to use the fire and asking...

"O Hotel é muito agradável com uma área verde muito bonita. Os quartos confortáveis e limpos. Cama boa, precisando apenas melhorar os travesseiros. Café da manhã bom com bastante variedade. A localização fica próxima ao centrinho de Monte Verde aproximadamente 1 km e 200 metros, mas com acesso por uns 200 metros de rua de terra que não atrapalha a chegada e saída. Os funcionários muito atenciosos e simpáticos."

"A pousada é muito arrumada, limpa e confortável. Porém, o café da manhã servido no hall da galeria é desconfortável e piora pelo atendimento. Funcionários deixando TV e música gospel em alto volume e, apesar da variedade de alimentos, a maioria não eram gostosos ☹️"
