"The hotel is in a non-walkable area to the city center, the public transportation from this place is not frequent. When I arrived to my room, there was a worm in my room and I have to clean it by myself because there was no cleaning service at the hotel on Sunday night when I arrived. I ordered a burger, I received it without a meat inside. They offered me the meat after in a dish to add it. "Very good location friendly staffs. The restaurant the food was very good and a great setting but the waiters after they served us the meal disappeared and forgot to bring us our coffee and when it was time to pay I did need to look for a waiter no one was in the dining room. Great room very clean with a nice view of the lake and the Alpes. "
