「Unfortunately, we had gone to bed and, we could smell burning in our room. We called the front desk but, nobody seemed to rush to see. We called down again and we were offered another room (they said the smell was possibly dust burning off the aircon!). The other room was better as it was on the quiet side but, the trailing lead that supplied the bedside light and charging point, was faulty. The Lady from the front desk came up again but could not remedy. We decided sleep was more important than...
