「Beautiful hotel with shops nearby. I appreciated their elevator since we had a lot of luggages. Room was clean. Working AC. Their bakery was delicious and affordable. Their included breakfast was also delicious.」

「Habitaciones confortables y organizadas. Excelente limpieza. El desayuno incluido estuvo muy bueno, así como también la atención del personal, muy atentos. El espacio para parqueos de vehículos es bastante estrecho, y suele ser limitado en cantidad. Se recomienda asígnar los espacios de parqueos de acuerdo con el orden de llegada de los huéspedes. Una de las noches, salimos a cenar y cuando retornamos al hotel el guardia nos dijo que no había espacio para el vehículo y que tenía que ir a dejarlo...

「Me cancelaron mi reservación dos horas antes de llegar al hotel porque dicen que de su plataforma no les paga me dejaron a mí y a mi esposa con una niña de 7 años sin hotel en una ciudad que no conozco pésimo servicio」

「Rocio was such a great host. Made us feel very welcome and was always available for whatever we needed. Offering us coffee and free laundry service were very generous gestures we really appreciated. The views from our room were spectacular. This is a family run business and their attention to detail really shows. We can’t wait to return to this oasis in the mountains.」

「La reservación a pesar de haberla hecho pro la aplicación no fue confirmada por el hotel. Al momento de contactarlos indicaron que no tenían ninguna reserva a través de Expedia y tuve que buscar otro alojamiento 」
