"This was a no-frills, simple hotel. It was a great value, and was clean, quiet, and relaxing. The staff were so kind, and laid back. The view from the patio in our room was lovely. The shared kitchen area was a nice place to cook a meal, and there were three adorable cats around the property who we loved petting. The location was great for exploring various parts of Pico. "

"Exceeded expirations. Owner is beautiful, staff very helpful and customer oriented. On main hwy which is convenient but can be noisy. View is exceptional. Highly recommend!"

"There was not one person at the property on arrival to drop bags. Called multiple numbers list as a contact with no answer. I had to book a expensive room at a different hotel. They are still refusing to give my money back"
