"For a hostel experience this place was outstanding. Clean, everything like brand new, good check-in experience, communication responsive, and centrally located. On a bus route, tho' I recommend renting a car if possible as everything on Pico Is. is more accessible if you have your own transportation. I would highly recommend this spot for anyone! especially solo travelers like myself."

"Fabulous location to be with a wonderful restaurant on the ground floor. We had a room on the front of the hotel with a balcony. We absolutely loved it. "

"The air was very damp and smelled like mold. There was indeed some black mold on the shower curtain and on the window curtain. Everything felt slightly damp in the room including our pillows. It was therefore extremely uncomfortable and hard to sleep. We woke up in the morning feeling nausea presumably because of the disgusting air. There was also a door to the outside that rattled loudly every time a gust of wind blew which also made it hard to sleep. Overall I would recommend finding different...

"Belle chambre lumineuse avec bonne literie. Piètre insonorisation de la paroi entre chambres. Grande salle commune avec café à disposition, possibilité de cuisiner. Proche des restaurants et parking proche. Accueil chaleureux de Barbara qui a été soucieuse de notre confort."

"L'unica cosa all'altezza era il servizio navetta offerto da Tiago. L'organizzazione era a dir poco improvvisata. Le pulizie vengono fatte nel pomeriggio anche se sei in camera a riposare. Colazione con poca scelta e disorganizzata. Il bagno emana costantemente puzza di fogna (probabilmente dallo scarico della doccia). Se alloggi al piano terra il rumore è pressoché costante. La reception non è realmente aperta 24h."
