When we arrived after along journey from California with no sleep and we're looking forward to our ocean view room there had been a lost in translation from our original booking to what they had on record, she was able to arrange for us to have an ocean view room at no additional cost and was very helpful "

"The beach was beautiful but the property had the balcony acccess blocked due to repairs. We were not informed before our stay. Due to sanding, dust was thick outside our door and the whole hallway. Plus the ocean view from the condo was from the side, not direct view. Southern Vacation rentals were aware. They charged us again after we had paid in full to Hotel.com"

"Decent place to stay good view walk to gulf is a short distance. Only issue we had was the bathroom door in the master bath was removed and no mention of this in the listing. "

"This property was right on the beach, very short walk. The high tide was not very far from the dunes. It was quiet and not crowded at all. Easy check in with door code so no keeping up with keys, card,etc. We enjoyed our stay. It had all the amenities. I would recommend staying at these condos and would stay there again myself. "

"No hot water for the entire stay. 7 people with NO hot water 😡 Property is old and needs lots of TLC. Southern Vacation Rentals refused to properly compensate for no hot water. Decided it was only worth $88. I will NEVER use them again"

"Right by the bay, nice view . Trees block the street, nice and quiet. Walk to the beach, and restaurants. Full kitchen and fridge. can cook if you want. No complaints"

"This property is in a great spot within walking distance of the beach. The condo itself could use a new shower head and a few fixes here and there but overall it is a nice space. Company could provide updated tvs and patio furniture on the balcony. "
