"Very nice place to stay. Ice maker was great. Only complaint was the hot water was tepid; it was warm but wouldn’t get hot. The beds were comfortable. We would stay again. Highly recommend. "

"The owners worked really hard to make this a nice place. It looks great on the inside with lots of nice updates and touches. The location is perfect for walking to downtown and the AT. Be warned that it is a duplex and it's easy to hear the people next door. I would stay again."

"The lock to get the key took about 10 trys. After that it was laid back, comfortable. Quite. Like being in a simple farm house. It was exactly the thing we needed. River was across the street. We caught fish, enjoyed the town. Perfect for us."

"This house was amazing! Old school hospitality at its finest. If you are looking to unplug and enjoy nature and true time with your people this is it. The host was so nice and really connects with her guests. The only suggestion I would make is more window units since only two of the rooms have them but there were box fans provided for the other rooms. A personalized message for your group on the board in the dining room, a personalized dozen donuts waiting in the fridge, wood pre chopped for...

"Secluded, quiet getaway. Cabin was very clean. Beds were comfortable. Well built cabin felt like home away from home. Hot tub was very nice. Well supplied with things needed for our stay. Driveway to cabin is a bit rustic. Drive slow. Only issue was when I had a question about the outdoor firepit, I never received an answer. All other communication before check in was good. Would stay again."

"Overall, we liked our stay here. The main living area and upstairs master were great. The furniture was cozy and the electric fireplace was nice! Drawbacks were a drained/absent lake, uncomfortable and squeaky bunk bed, and surprisingly loud water pipes. Overall, good amount of privacy and quiet streets to walk, which is nice! "
