「Staff is not helpful.
Not hot water for drinking on property or kettle in rooms.
Bathroom showers don't work.
Food in pantry or hotel is not good.
Staff is not helpful for needs outside general services.」

「What I liked
Excellent location — just about 150–200 meters from Rameshwaram railway station, very easy to walk with luggage.
Close to Ramanathaswamy Temple (around 1.5 km), convenient for temple visits.
Rooms with balconies, which is very useful in a pilgrimage town for drying clothes after temple rituals.
Rooms are spacious, beds are comfortable, and AC works well.
Overall a decent 3-star hotel.
In-house restaurant available — breakfast is decent and reasonably priced.
