"Staff were amazing, from greetings in the morning to the cleaning staff being very helpful and accommodating. Good overall experience and would definitely book here again. Only compliant was that in my particular room, the shower looked to have been repaired as there was a crack in the sidewall that were covered in clear caulk, why not white to hide it? The shower door was also not aligned properly so it did not close all the way, damaging the mating piece."

"Nice room, nice pool and gym. They weren’t able to give us early checkin, which I understand, and they were able to give us early pool access. But they also weren’t able to give us late checkout, which I have never experienced at a hotel. Not even 30 minutes."

"Great little hotel in the Lincoln Park/Lakeview neighborhood. Super convenient and walkable to many places. Staff was terrific - helpful, knowledgeable, polite. There is parking at a discounted rate, but no in/out privileges, so plan accordingly."

"Pro: quiet rooms. Con: difficult parking. They should require vehicles less than 6 ft tall to park underground so taller vehicles have parking above ground. "

"Booked at the last minute so I didnt have as much time to read the reviews as I would normally. I was pleasantly surprised. It is convenient, right off 55 with shops and place to eat nearby. The bathroom is a bit small but ok for just 1 person. I didnt get his name but front desk clerk at check in was really friendly and welcoming. I didnt have a chance to use any of the facilities offered. Would def stay here again."
