「Clean stay and good breakfast」

「The stay was phenomenal. Staff were wonderful, facilities were great. Everything was clean. Wish the pool had been open.」

「We had trouble getting into the apartment once in, it was a moldy smell with a huge stain on the carpet. The bathroom on the left has a visible hole over the toliet that leaks when im in the shower. I called the emergency line and this nice lady tried to help. I sent pictures as instructed and was told someone would be there in 15 minutes. Today is Saturday and still no one. I will post the pictures. The experience was not horrible but not great. I would appreciate a return call.」

「This hotel is currently under construction and not open. I have been charged for the stay by Hotels.com. Hotels.com refuses to refund my money. I have contacted them multiple times and this issue has not been satisfactorily resolved.」
