「Clean quiet room 」

「The location is excellent - many restaurants within walking distance and main street Gravenhurst is walkable from the hotel.The Gull Lake park and waterfront is walkable from the hotel.The breakfast provided by the hotel was excellent.The indoor pool is great.」

「Staff very friendly and helpful Concerning mould in the pool area Dock not properly working, with no sign Rooms have PAPER THIN WALLS and floors. Everything seems to rattle, could hear people in the hall and doors slamming all the time. Bed tilted while sitting on the edge. Lots of upgrading needed Has potential but it is definitely not there.」

「The property location is ideal, however the hotel itself is very tired and is in need of a major renovation. It is sad to see a once very exclusive Resort & Spa fall to where it is today. I hope someone makes an effort to restore it to its former glory.」

「Whenever i travel in ontario i make it a habit to visit Stevenson Inn and Spa. This beautiful B&B is tucked away from plain site, out in the country filled with warmth, renewal, peace and quiet. Owner even made special deluxe smoothies along with the continental breakfast that is included with each stay. Highly recommend. Lori Gradley」

「Super easy check-in and check-out with a code sent to your phone in advance. The only issue was the neighbours, who apparently needed to have a screaming match at all hours of the night. Couldn't have been controlled by the hotel staff, so not their fault. Luckily, I had earplugs, so it wasn't much of an issue.」

「Everything was excellent, the condo was huge , with 2 TV , fireplace, bathroom with shower and separate with jacuzzi. The property was great ! 」

「The property is listed as a one bedroom. It is not. We expected a one bedroom not a studio. No kitchen, not a full bathroom as we were told. Kettle didn't work. This is false advertising and misleading. Was supposed to be a birthday getaway and left a day early due to disappointment. 😞」
