「Unclean bathroom and towels. No hot water. No restaurant option. The picture is deceiving 」

「The hotel is not bad, though some of the amenities could do with updating. Staff cannot be faulted, always eager to help and sincere in their efforts. Food including breakfast is ok, I think they should focus on quality rather than the number of food items for their buffet breakfast. Overall, a relaxing stay, good location as it is close to local attractions but not in the very busy area. 」

「Though this property is relatively new there is a lack of proper management and ownership. Room had sewage odors coming in. No running hot water, and on top of it the service staff unaccepted the fact that there’s no hot water. We wasted our morning time, peace of mind in the midst of our family trip and hotel staff offered free cup of tea (wow) to compensate it. Overall, I won’t recommend this property they are not worth the charges they ask for.」

「1.전체적으로 친절하고 깨끗한 호텔임/wifi 도 잘이용 했음. 2.화장실 변기 사용후 물내리는 것이 고장이 3번나서 고쳣으며, 수리 요청이 있으면 바로 시행 하였음. 3.저녁 식사를 위해 호텔 식당을 2번 이용 하였는데,종사원이 친절히 잘 해주고 서로 농담을 할 정도로 기 분좋은 식사였음. 」
