"Great beach"

"Every single thing was a cost. I literally asked for a fork for my salad that I had brought in and the desk staff said I'd have to pay for it. The room had a smoky/nasty smell and there was an extremely strong chlorine/bleach chemical that seemed toxic. I had to ring the bell twice to "bother" the staff to check us in. She clearly was burdened by having to do her job. Later came down again and she stayed on her phone while we stood there waiting. It would have been one thing if she was working/helping customers, but she clearly wasn't. Won't be returning. "

"nice area, nice rooms, all amenities were provided and the pool was pretty warm even thought it was in the 50s when we stayed so that was a plus. The area is also pretty nice theres a lot of stuff to do in walking distance and I didnt feel like i needed anything I didnt have "

"stayed there with my family for one day and one night. The staff was not welcoming or friendly at all. Breakfast was not a buffet; you could only choose one item from the cart, and anything else had to be paid for. They also charged an 18% service fee. One of the beds was very noisy, which made it uncomfortable to sleep. The pillows were very old, worn out, and wrinkled—I had to call room service twice to get them replaced."
