"After driving for 11 hours, when we arrived at this hotel (Townplace Suites Pensacola West I-10) in Pensacola, FL in the late evening hours, check-in was a breeze. This particular hotel welcomed pets. We appreciate hotel's that have a pet policy as there are times when our small Frenchie has to travel with us. The room and bathroom were super clean. The bed was very comfortable. The room was very quiet. The staff was very friendly and professional."

"Free breakfast daily, same everyday. Comfortable bed, great water pressure in shower, roomy. However, the light over the sink didn't work, the refrigerator was tied to the light switch near the door, had to thriw away 3 days worth of food before finding this out. Odd smell in room. The motel is old, not well kept or updated both inside and out."
