And all this, I must mention important details: the hotel is externally beautiful and inviting, the public areas are clean and well-maintained, the rooms require renovation (old furniture and many other details that require maintenance), but the cleanliness of the rooms is exceptional and the maid service is excellent and attentive to every request. Ресторан - в соседнем отеле (всё включено ) - приличный, но в час пик может не хватить тарелок и хотелось разнообразия горячего меню. В номере - нет холодильника, можно взять в аренду, но он нам не потребовался! т.к. фрукты (арбузы, дыни. персики сливы и т. д.) в ресторане всегда в неограниченном количестве! Территория - очень зелёная, красивые клумбы. Рядом с отелем нет шума и дискотек!...

「We stayed in a very clean and comfortable room. It would have been nice if they had provided slippers in the room. Breakfast was quite sufficient. We were welcomed and seen off with a warm smile. We really liked it and are glad we chose Hugo Hotel. If we visit Varna again, we will definitely stay here again. A great place for families to stay safely.」
