"This place is great! On a lovely, quiet street with plenty of trees, close walking to a supermarket, awesome breakfast, clean rooms, nice staff, reasonably priced, fast internet...I only stay here! Also great for conferences, workshops, etc, and close to restaurants nearby. They also have a great pool! (Which is super pretty even though I never use it). "

"ホテルズドットコムで表示されている場所は市内中心部で、実際に行くと、個人住宅でホテルではなかった。ネット検索で、ほかのホテル紹介サイトで表示される場所に行くと、高校だった。現地に詳しいドライバーとともにホテルを4時間ちかく探しつづけたが、行くつくことができなかった。ホテルズドットコムで表示される番号に何度も電話したが、だれも出てこない。21時すぎになり、治安の問題もあって、このホテルに宿泊することを諦めた。これで、キャンセル不可で返金されないというのは詐欺にちかい。けっきょく、ホテルズドットコムを使わず、ほかのホテルに宿泊することにした。"
