「Our family was extremely disappointed with our stay. We picked this hotel specifically, due to the listing indicating that the hotel had a pool. This was extremely important for our stay considering my son is autistic and requires sensory relief. The listing is false advertisement. Tim, who worked at the front desk did not handle the situation properly, not only did he offer no compensation and/or token of apology, but laughed in our faces when we were visibly upset about the circumstances....

「We checked in at midnight but the staff was really friendly to help me. The room is not big but absolutely clean. One thing that surprise me is the breakfast, its really good, i love the hot scramble eggs cereal, and we can make waffle by ourselves. Also, there are many kind of nut you can take it. I just love it all. I would recommend you come, but its better to have a car, it is 30 mins drive to Boston. In addition, the nearby live environment is high level area, so it safe to stay there.」

Only complaint: AC in the room occasionally made noise that sounded like it needed some maintenance, we had to turn it off then on again once, but nothing serious.」

「Everything about my stay at Everhome Suites was great, especially the spacious room layout, with one major exception: the pillows. They were square, completely flat, and very uncomfortable to sleep on. Upgrading the pillows would easily make this a five-star property.」
