「I had much higher expectations for this hotel. The pictures make it seem much more elegant and private than it really is. On the plus side, it was very clean and the rooms were very large. On the negative side, our room stated we were to have a garden view—we overlooked the parking lot and the many condos surrounding the property. 「I had planned a surprise birthday overnighter and the room I got was pool side, only to get there and the pool was not working, was rusty and needed a new drain but still paid full price. No discount offered. The hot tub was not hot and full of sand, the paint was chipping and the amenities just seemed old. The room was updated but had ripped couches and marked up tables.
