"This is one of those properties that passes austerity off as accommodation. “Let us know what we can provide,” instead of just offering in the room. No toiletries, no lotion, empty shampoo and shower gel in the shower (literally can’t remember the last time I stayed somewhere with pump bottles that had been refilled). Housekeeping staff clearly need more resources or time. Booked in part because of the restaurant but it seemed like a lot of microwaved flat breads. Staff couldn’t move us through check in fast enough (not in a good way). Was surprised to see it had an “exceptional” rating. Wouldn’t come back on purpose. "
