「Last minute booking, went smoothly, had a hard time with room key card ( room 111). Kept clicking and blinking green, but door knob wouldn’t budge. Desk clerk said to pull door tight and push down hard on the handle. Wasn’t a solution. Just kept playing with it until the door handle finally moved. Same issue in the morning after I returned from getting breakfast. Big king bedroom , quiet and dark as you want it to be for sleeping!」

「Looks like the were in the process of updating? Lots of construction people and debris but we also went during off season so it made sense. Have to drive everywhere but still convenient!! 」

「This is the East Hampton we remember from many years ago, My spouse and I have been long time home owners in the East Hampton area and found ourselves staying at the Huntting Inn as we were in the process of moving back into our newly renovated home. Our stay covered three nights and it could not have been a better experience. The room was immaculate, very upto date--clearly they have invested in the property. 「I will never NOT stay there when I’m in the area. The restaurant should have a Michelin star and the cocktails were inventive and delicious. The rooms had fireplaces- it was perfect on a storm night. The coffee is was excellent and the beds soft. If I could give it 10 stars, I would.」
