「Clean and comfortable bed, spacious room!」

「Halls and elevators were dirty. Starbucks cafe had almost nothing for breakfast at 7 am. Had to call front desk twice in the morning because no one answered.」

「Internet signal was awful and slow if you could connect. No hand wash towels or a dirty laundry bag. But everything else was wonderful」

「The property as well as the room was nice and clean. The continental breakfast was amazing with so many choices. I would highly recommend a stay here. Staff very friendly and helpful!」

「One of the two elevators did not work so it was along wait to get on the elevator. Then on our last day the other elevator went out - we were on the 6th floor. My husband uses a cane - so I had to take everything down via the stairs. 2 trips to bring everything down the back up 6 flights to help my husband down. At least we didn’t have a plane to catch, but an exhausting 45 minutes to leave.」

「The staff was great, helpful and professional. However, if you list valet parking as an amenity most people are going to think it comes with the cost of the room. It cost me 350.00 dollars extra to park my truck in a safe place for 3 days because this neighborhood is not clean or safe!!!! People who travel are unaware of this factor. Please list Valet is available for an extra cost on all your hotel sites.」
