Rooms were spot on, clean very well maintained, front desk staff were excellent, she even upgraded my parent's room to ensure we stay next to each other. Breakfast at thier restaurant Citron is another highlight breakfast is amazing, overall we had a fantastic time at this place and would definitely recommend for families.」

「This property does not have lift service , they have lift but it's unopratable , so it was difficult to go on 2 nd floor with luggage and stuff , Buffett breakfast is joke , it's in car basement and they just have bread butter and paratha and tea which was very cold , overall rooms r good but there is no lift and skip breakfast 」

There was no hot water, and although breakfast was supposedly included, they delayed it so much that I had to eat outside. The staff were completely uncooperative.
