「Overall great for our family of 5! So much space and awesome location for storyland. Some improvements could be done on the outlets (loosely hold plugs) and hairdryer bracket was not secured on the wall and fell off easily when hairdryer was gripped. Bathroom door was extremely squeaky (woke people up when opened) - but overall, minor issues. We would definitely come back!」

「I was double charges $969 by IHG Indigo North Conway NH. When I tried to call, all I could get was the poor voice response automation and was unable to resolve their error over the phone. As a result, I then had to open a credit card dispute to get the duplicate charge removed. This issue is still not resolved and I have wasted a lot of my limited personal time trying to fix the hotel’s error.」

「Beautiful inn with common areas to enjoy. Our room had a gas fireplace and trundle bed as well as the queen bed. Plenty of space to spread out. Breakfast was made to order. Truly enjoyed our stay.」

「The main are of the cottage was nice, plenty of room to move around while having a king sized bed in the middle. Bathroom was a bit rough with age but overall functional. Pool area looked clean and nice; only stayed for a night and didn’t get to enjoy it. Check-in was a little at first confusing, if you used Expedia or other 3rd party sites, but calling them directly made everything easier to get number and code for the cottage. 「Just a wonderful place to stay. The staff is friendly and helpful. There is a restaurant/bar on-site and laid-back. All was great. The only small complaint I have is that it was a hot time we visited and our bedroom was hot during the day, and the window unite kept the sitting area cool.」

「We had a very enjoyable time. Learned a lot from the owner who helped me get my first moose sighting. He was very knowledgeable about the area and even helped map out our motorcycle ride for the day. 100% would recommend!」
