「It seemed housekeeping had not completely finished cleaning. The bed sheets and towels were clean and fresh, carpet was vacuumed. Bathroom was only partially clean. Hair in the sink and soap dispenser in shower was open and one of the bottles was gone. TV was not working. I called front desk and they said maintenance would come but never showed up. 」

「Receptionist's attitude could be better and welcoming. There needs to be quality check after house keeping does their job as the cleaning of the room was not done appropriately. Breakfast could be better.」

「The best thing about this Hilton is the staff!!!!!!! Front desk....Restaurant....everyone... All very friendly and efficient. Also the food is excellent!!! A bit of a surprise...it has been great the last few years we've eaten there. Also the beds are very comfortable!!」
