The only downside was that I have arrived at 6:30pm for check in and my room was not ready (check in time 4pm…) and they gave me a room with heater down (and they knew it was down put promissed to repair it on the same day, which never happened), so I was freezing from friday to sunday and despite my complains no one fixed it, I could not stay in the room much time due the coldness so my experience was not good. Manager seemed did not care about my complain not even showed the face to apologize. "

"The front desk help went above and beyond during check in and a different staff member was extremely helpful and knowledgeable late at night. Made the stay there less stressful and more enjoyable. "
