Monroe Village 3 Stars Hotels

Probably the best hotel around university of Rochester! Great dining options! Very clean rooms and pleasant staff!

Lovely staff, clean and safe!

Great clean, safe property in the U Rochester vicinity. Rooms are newly renovated. Would stay again.

I will stay here every time I am in Rochester

I had a surgery and I was very happy to make this hotel a choice. My only inconvenience was the location of the sink and the absence of a coffee maker and microwave in the room. In the end it worked out because I was granted a microwave in the room. I’m very happy about my stay and will be back. All the staff were very helpful and attentive. The hotel is in a very convenient location to food and many stores. Thank You Thank you.

Nice, spacious. Squeaky bed. Room smelled like bleach. Good Wi-Fi 🙏

Great experience

Really cute Inn! Old school but no feeling of old building, no smells etc. Excellent breakfast, comfy bed, very cozy, I really enjoyed my stay!

The staff was extremely friendly and personable. The hotel room was clean, very spacious and modern. The shower has great water pressure and two shower heads. Breakfast in the morning was great. We were happy with everything. We will absolutely stay here again.

I recently booked a suite for my daughter's 13th birthday sleepover and we had an amazing time. Shout out to Marsha at the front desk she was amazing and really made us feel welcome and at home. This hotel is clean, comfortable, beautiful, and the rooms are spacious. Breakfast was great!! Really an unforgetable experience. Thanks again to the residence Inn by Marriott staff!! You rock!!

I love staying there. So close to everything especially the mall. I can walk to my favorite restaurant and the staff is friendly and attentive. The free breakfast is good as well. Unfortunately my daughter is graduating and I won't have many if any opportunities to stay there. They have served me well for 4 years. I have no complaints.

Awesome

Very clean and spacious hotel. Will definitely choose this hotel again.

I really like that check out time was noon and breakfast was great!!

Great staff of welcoming and kind people. Clean, quiet and friendly facilities. We really couldn't ask for more.

Friendly staff, nice room and amenities minus heater in pool not working properly, decent breakfast, overall very pleasant experience and we’d come back : )

Room was very clean and tastefully decorated. Looked recently updated. Had lots of extra chairs and tables to accommodate takeout. Had all the toiletries we needed and more. Fridge and microwave came in handy.
