「Cathy checked us in last night and she was amazing. Very friendly and helpful. Hotel is very clean. No complimentary coffee, but their is coffee in the room. If you want breakfast, I definitely recommend you book it when you book the room. 」

「The hotel wasn’t in good shape for a Hyatt. You can’t walk outside from the lobby, you have to go down to parking floor to exit. Strange setup. Why can’t thes fancy named hotels afford a $500 smart tv? None of the hotels offer that option. It’s very strange to me. If you charge $200 a night, you can afford a smart TV for families and kids. I hope the management reads this and upgrade their TVs. 」

「The facility is being up dated but they area was kept clean and did not affect our stay. The landscaping was gorgeous. Great Italian restaurant across the street and many other eateries down the street. We would stay there again. 」

「My partner and I wanted to visit Pittsburgh, but hotels in the city were pricey and you had to pay an additional fee for overnight parking. This hotel was much nicer and in a secluded area surrounded by corporate buildings and newer apartments. It was also in front of a street with restaurants walking distance away. Pittsburgh was an easy 20min drive which was perfect for us! Gym was very nice for a hotel, room was modern, clean, and comfortable. No complaints! 」
