"Room was subpar, basic items were missing such as lightbulbs, no wash cloths, lamps not plugged in, 2 tvs in the room, 1 tv working, even though there were 2 AC units in the room only 1 unit worked. Mini Fridge had freezer door missing, temperature control knob missing. Table in this room was missing a chair. This room was highly neglected by the Housekeeping and Maintenance staff. This room was supposed to be the best room in the hotel, it wasnt even close. And mind you, the hotel...
