"A chewing gum is near the bed frame, and the floor feels sticky when you walk on it. The sofa isn't quite clean either. But the staff are awesome -- our check-in was quick and they are friendly. The gym is pretty clean too."

The air conditioning filter needed changing, there was visible dirt on the floor by the bed side table, stains on the bed base, faucet drain was clogged…..never again! "Solo traveler I went for 4 days to hang out in CT. This location was close to what I needed. Staff are nice and property is definitely 3 star headed towards 2 stars .. but it gets the job done for the stay. There are no microwaves You can park in the garage for free if you don’t tell the front desk people you have a car other wise it’s $15 per day $3 per hour … They told me I couldn’t use my points at check out to cover food ordered at the bistro .. even though when I was at the bistro, they told me that I could use the points… So I think there’s a level of miscommunication amongst the staff"

"Had an issue with a stench in my room. Learned that dogs are allowed in the room I was staying in. All the first floors rooms of the hotel allow for patrons to have dogs in them. Spoke with the manager who was helpful and apologetic and will be offering a discount due to the issue. She said that numerous attempts were made to shampoo the carpet but the stench could not be removed. At the time of my check-in, no other rooms were avaliable. The hotel was fully booked. I appreciated her efforts despite the issue."
