「Bathroom in room 120 has electric outlet installed up-side down by the sinks. Shower stall has a curved shower bar that extends out side basin plus curtain is too short allowing shower to flood the floor outside of the bath area. Also there should be a clothes bar installed in the recess that houses the ironing board. There is nothing to hang clothes on anywhere. Hotel was exceptional.」

「First of all… the MOST amazing free breakfast out there is offered here. Our room and the hotel in general was clean, comfortable and located conveniently on the Southside. The staff was pleasant and genuinely concerned about our satisfaction. The only down-side was a ticking ALL night long that was determined to be water through the pipes making it difficult to sleep. 「Wasn’t able to stay. Booked in Jan and the day before check in was told there was no room. Was not able to cancel and get my money back. trying to decide if it’s worth taking these people to court over $466. Stay away from this place. And make sure you read reviews and research.」

「To say that this couple went beyond expectations to make sure that we were safe and comfortable- there are no words. Their home was beautiful, updated, and the coolest place we’ve ever stayed, according to my grandchildren(which is amazing since we had just spent a week in a cabin in the Smokey mountains).
