「Everything was great. Not a first time staying there 」

「A storm came through while we were there and the electricity was off for about 14 hrs. The Staff was very accommodating during this time and we were fine. Great place to stay!」

「I am a travel nurse and have stayed at this location numerous times. I love that it has a hot tub, the rooms are spacious, staff is friendly, breakfast in pretty good and well stocked. This time it wasnt as great and it wasnt something really that could be helped. We were straight across from the ice machine so we had that noise and right next to one of the side exits so we heard doors all night long. The parking lot is way too small and I wish they had people with boats and trailers on to park...

「After a bad experience at another hotel nearby, we were so relieved to find Sleep Inn. The difference was night and day. The room was clean, the atmosphere was quiet and safe, and the bed was comfortable — exactly what we needed. Breakfast in the morning was surprisingly good, with a nice variety to choose from. The whole place felt well-kept and welcoming. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone passing through Springfield.」

「I booked this hotel for my dad and step-mother and I spoke with the staff on two occasions to try to get an early check in. Both times, the staff were so nice and professional. My dad had nothing but good things to say about this hotel- quiet and safe neighborhood, great areas to chat with friends while he was in town, and clean! Right next to a grocery store as well which can be handy. Will be reserving a room here for myself or family in the future!」

「Hotel was new, modern, and we loved that the in door pools doors opened up to the courtyard. There was tables and game and the bar was on the other side. Not to mention the rooms are amazing with the kitchenette. A must when you have a toddler or kids.」
