「Good」

「The first room was up 4 flights of stairs which was difficult having COPD the central heating was permanently on and couldn't turn it off, it made a racket all night stopped us sleeping, they eventually moved us to a bungalow which was much better but the hot water was boiling hot and could be very dangerous for children . There was NO restaurant or bar which was advertised . it was self catering but no shop to buy food and the internet on for 4 days Not impressed and would not recommend」

「Nice place for a stop over」

「The only negative was we were not informed that they do not provide food on Sunday or Monday evenings but there are places within a 5 min drive. The room was very clean and bed was very comfy. As it was exstreamly warm we were provided a life saver fan. All staff were very welcoming and attentive and worked very hard. We had no noise at night as it’s situated in a quite village. 「Staff and food and surrounding area all fabulous」

「The view is absolutely beautiful. The overall hygiene was ok, with a small bit of stain on the sheet remaining. However, there was one used instant coffee packaging left, probably due to carelessness of cleaning staff. The worst issue was that the shower was completely not working but the hotel gave us this room knowing that there was a electrical failure for the shower. Although the staff was really polite when we raised this issue in the morning, it does not erase the disappointment at night....
