「This property has seen better days and could use a lot of maintenance and upkeep. I stayed for over a week, and while the suite was spacious, with a nice view of the beach and ocean, there were a few key factors that earned the low rating- lack of a good nights sleep is primary. The heating and AC in the room didn’t work. Staff was notified, and I was told “maintenance “checked” the system but needed me in the room to determine if it was working”. 「The heater was very noisy. There were three people in our occupancy. On the second day of our stay, we went to the counter to ask for bath towels, but the counter staff were only willing to give us two copies. If I want three towels, l would need to pay.😠 」

「DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! BOOK SOMETHING ELSE. This was the worst stay I have ever had. I have never written a review but I had no choice because it was so bad. The room was dirty, the staff was unfriendly and rude, the freeway is steps from the hotel so all you hear is traffic. The toilet was broken in my room and it ran all night. I called to get it fixed and they had no one to help me until the morning and would not move me to another room. The smell in the hallways was disgusting I could go...
