「Stayed here for a week and never got my room cleaned once. I ended up having to set my dirty towels and garbage outside of the door to be picked up by the cleaning staff. Thought that might encourage them to step inside, vacuum and possibly replace the towels with fresh ones but no. Kind of ridiculous considering I paid $600+ for my stay. 」

「Property was OK but over priced and the staff was terrible . Manager Wanda was rude and even called the police to have us removed . We paid for a room with a single king bed and was given 2 doubles. When I complained or asked for a credit to ny bill she refused because I purchased through a 3rd party (Expedia) . Also kids were in the hall ways screaming and yelling . If you book through a 3rd party the hotel says you can be treated like a 2nd class citizen . 」
