After fresh food was delivered, it looked like a pack of wild animals attacking prey.

「Staff admitted to a broken elevator and expected me as a 72 year-old man to lug a 45+ pound suitcase to the king room we reserved. They offered a two queen bed room on the first floor which I considered a downgrade but they considered an upgrade. Really?
