"I travel to Covington for business and I absolutely love staying at this hotel. All of the staff are so friendly from the Cleaning crew all the way to the management! I wish I knew all of the names so I could shout them out one by one. However, they’re each wonderful and so kind. That is why this is the only hotel that I will ever stay at when I travel here. it’s very easy to get an Uber or Lyft. It’s about 45 minutes to the airport from here. It’s so well worth it. DoorDash also comes in handy so that you don’t have to leave the hotel. However, right next-door they opened a new property so you can walk right over there and have a bistro type setting. Words can express how much I enjoy this property. Great job by the management team at always accommodating the guests. They have a wonderful breakfast every morning 😊 everything about this place is five star"
