「My only concern is a back entry that doesn't lock. There were non guests accessing the laundry room in the eveving. There is a street full of old RV s encamped just down the street right behind the unlocked door. It dosen't seem safe.」

「To Expedia: We were delayed due to weather and were not able to arrive for this reservation (Aug27-28). My husband tried to cancel but could not speak to a person before we had to board an alternate flight. Would it be possible to get a refund or partial refund?? I spoke w/ a person at the property and they indicated they would likely work something out if they heard from Expedia asking for a refund. 「This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in Yellowstone! I was surprised to find that there was a bar table in front of my room, where I could have a cup of coffee and enjoy the beautiful lake view. The nearby scenic driveway is also amazing. The boss is warm and friendly, which makes me feel at home. This location is the best place to enter the west gate of Yellowstone Park. Thank you for your hospitality. I look forward to coming back next time!」
