「Everything good」

「Easy check in. Outdoor pool and bar is nice. Disappointed that coffee wasn't included in our room for the price that we paid. Its not quiet, the doors slam shut and are loud.」

「The hotel is very basic, but they don't charge you for frills that aren't there. As many reviews say, the staff is very kind and attentive and willing to answer questions. Sadly, the pool was empty when we were there, but it seemed like it would be nice.」

「Our son was graduating Oberlin College in nearby Oberlin, Ohio. This hotel is very convenient if you cannot stay in Oberlin itself. We have stayed here on multiple occasions over the last 5 years. It is only 12 miles and 15 minutes from Oberlin. The staff was very friendly. Overall, the hotel is nice and clean, however, they still do not offer any daily room service, trash pick-up, or wellness checks. This started during Covid, but Covid is long since over. We had to empty our trash and go...

「Beautiful hotel!」

「Room was very spacious and clean, and very quiet. Breakfast was great with lots of choices. Good coffee in room. Only issue was no computer to print boarding passes. Had to download an app, save boarding pass to phone and print, could only print screen with QR code. Summary, not convenient...wish they had a computer like all other hotels to print boarding passes.」

「Came to OH for a 25th Anniversary party and had an opportunity to stay in one of the newly renovated rooms. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean. My only "complaint" Rooms needed an additional mirror and better lighting at the mirror. Two women trying to put on on makeup at the same time was complicated, lol. It would be nice to have a full length mirror to see our outfits. Overall, we were very happy with our stay. 」
