「Dirty and some flies in the room, there are hairs left on the bed and pillows,the wallpaper is broken, and homeless stayed at the hotel door who will ask you for money.」

「My husband and I loved our stay! Jacqueline gave us a brief history of the House. She was very nice and helpful as were her son, and husband. The house was very cleaned and beautiful with a lot of thoughtful details. The sheets and towels were very cleaned and smelled freshly laundered.」

「Very nice but very old hotel but that’s what you expect from a Victorian era hotel. Rooms are nice with large bath. TV is very small and you must climb a very steep and tall stairway to the second floor. Breakfast is hard boiled eggs and yogurt and breads. All in all was a very fun experience and very charming.」

「It was fine, house was cute but filled with Knick knacks which kind felt like staying at your grandmas house. Like look but don’t touch anything. Not sure what they meant by walk to old town, everything we did for food, etc was 8-10 minute drive. The streets have no street lights so walking anywhere at night was out. Worked as a base to visit redwoods np and tidal pools which is what we wanted」

「I wanted to take a bath so I got a couple of the Clorox wipes to wipe down the bath tub. The first swipe I did came up with debris and hair. It grossed me out, so I decided to take a shower. The water lapped at my ankles because there was so much hair clogging the drain!! Then I dropped something behind the nightstand and found tons of dust there. Looked clean, but was only clean in the middle. 」

「Beautiful views of Clam Beach and comfy beds! We stayed 3 nights and found the property well appointed. Beautiful hot tub and plenty of private outdoor space to enjoy; we particularly enjoyed the outdoor gas fire pit. This was our second stay there and we will definitely be back!」
