"Wyndham has a pre checking that doesn't work for the hotel. I had to check in twice essentially. But it's ok. Staff did so quickly and everything was taken care of. Otherwise staff was very nice and the service was great. The pool is why we chose the hotel and we will stay here again. It was amazing. The kids loved it. Breakfast was pretty good. There were a lot of options for everyone. Plenty of food. "

"This was by far the best hotel we’ve ever stayed at during our yearly trips to Billings for a family mini-vacation! During the pre-check in process, I was able to request a 1st floor room and was pleased to see this was accommodated when we arrived! Staff was constantly cleaning and wiping down surfaces in the lobby and hallways. Our trash was removed and our towels were changed daily, and the breakfast was very family friendly. There was a tic-tac-toe game in the lobby my kiddos loved, and even had board games and kids books to borrow! We will absolutely be staying here again! "
