「Room was filthy, especially the bathroom. No soap, shampoo or any other basic bathroom necessities were in place. Showers curtain was filled with mildew. TV wasn't working correctly and we were told it would be replaced the next day. After returning the next day, the TV was new but we had no signal to watch anything. Asked for another room, but denied in leiu of a room discount. Breakfast was below average, but it was quiet. Staff were nice but the service and overall value was incredibly...

I already have stayed at the Homewood Suites and Loved it so the Home2 Suites was absolutely the same quality! STAY THERE I PROMISE YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED!!」

「Great sleep. Basic amenities plus a nice coffee shop 8-5. We arrived after hours and had a bit of a challenge with key code. Fast response to phone call. Not ready for all levels of mobility as the elevator is not operating and the stairs to rooms are many.」
