「The room and view form the balcony was very nice, the hotel is well located on the sea front (10min from the train station and few minutes from the boat to Portofino). Be aware that evening events in the restaurant can be extremely noisy and can last until midnight. If a quiet night's sleep is important to you, I would recommend checking in advance whether any events are scheduled. 「This is not the room that I booked. Hotel’s staff upgrade me to an 4th floor apartment by the side of the hotel. The room is lovely and Italy style. However the bed is very soft and there is so noisy at night (a bar nearby open to 2am). The apartment have lift that I don’t need to take my luggage climbing up.」
